NOTES ON OUR SOFTGOODS

We have committed to sourcing our softgoods from manufacturers that adhere to as many of the below principals as possible:

1. Provide livable wages for their employees and throughout their supply chain.

2. Guarantee safe working conditions for their employees and throughout their supply chain.

3. Pledge to reduce their environmental impact through their production process.

4. Source as much of their raw materials as responsibly as possible, prioritizing domestic materials in an effort to reduce shipping emissions and environmental impact.

5. When applicable, recognize and operate alongside labor unions within their production process.

**Please note that sometimes it is impossible to source certain softgoods and other merchandise we sell where all of these principles apply or can be verified in a way that is satisfactory. Other times, it is unfortunately cost restrictive for our small operation to source. Typically we will not offer something where none of these principles apply — we are constantly reaching out to vendors in an effort to verify and provide better prices or more ethically sourced merchandise.**

We have priced our items according to this commitment, as well as processing fees inherent to selling merchandise online. That said, please reach out if you would like to have access to sliding scale pricing or alternative payment options that may reduce costs on both ends.

Additionally, we design, print, and ship all softgoods ourselves out of El Monte, CA. We use phthalate free ink when possible and dispose of inks/excess materials responsibly. After printing, we treat our softgoods with a heat press machine which yields a softer feeling print. All orders are then shipped in compostable and/or recycled mailers as available.

While we recognize that being touring musicians and merchants online can bring about unintended environmental impact and other consequences, how we source our softgoods and printing them ourselves is one thing we can take control over. Our hope is to encourage others to demand better from their day to day purchases and reduce waste, ultimately pressuring manufacturers to address flaws in their production practices and supply chains that put both people and the environment at risk. At the very least, we are proud to guarantee to anyone that purchases from us (whether it's online or at the merch table) that they are walking away with something that is of the best quality possible and can be enjoyed long into the future.
